For Providers & Partners

Flow Wellness partners with healthcare-adjacent organizations to offer post-discharge, adjunctive programs that support recovery, engagement, and quality of life.

Our programs are designed to complement existing clinical and recreational services and can be delivered virtually or in community settings.

For Individuals

Flow Wellness welcomes individuals from the general population, including those transitioning after treatment, caregivers, and community members seeking gentle, creative, and accessible wellness experiences.

No dance experience is required. Participation is always choice-based and trauma-informed.

Meet the Founder

Michael Dicus is a movement-based wellness facilitator, vocalist, and certified Sound Bath Practitioner through Choose Happy Wellness.He is also the creator of Flow & Flair®, a signature movement experience that uses color, rhythm, and expressive motion to help participants move from “I can’t” toward confidence, creativity, and connection.

Through Flow Wellness, Michael brings together therapeutic recreation, sound, movement, voice, and creative regulation to support calm, connection, and embodied wellbeing.
