Practice to Conquer Your "Stuck"

"If anyone knows what it is like to master something, it takes practice, repetition and commitment.

Often, we need a coach, a cheerleader to help us over that finish line when we are "stuck".

Flow and Flair works with a community of people who are in their own "stuck" by no choice of their own, and my recent class at IAHD NY proved me that this elixir of team work results in personal wins to overcome "stuck".

We often work on "focus" which speaks to the mission of "Turning I Can't to I Can" and in a virtual format I see that leaders are created within the work. I saw staff, and participants grappling with their "stuck" and by class end I heard an abundance of laughter, responses from all the rooms.

Often, seeing the mini-flag colors flying is my gauge on how things are going with connecting, and this was a huge win for me to see. And I learned that there are other things to connect us, like a competition (example- doing the Flow and Flair warm-up much better than I).

What an inspiration to see in class this morning!"
