The Benefits of Flagging for Seniors and People with Disabilities

Nearing 10 years, Flow and Flair would like to share 5 key benefits of “Flagging” as it relates to the senior and disabilities community:

Who- The mini-flag is the perfect tool for feeble hands and maldeveloped bodies. Everyone participates 100%

What- Flagging is part of the spin arts, very closely connected to learning a musical instrument and instant “Fun” for all who pick up a flag (big or mini)! Our senior and disabled clients have an access to what was not possible.

Where- Slowly moving back to in-person classes and we are still virtual, currently in 4 States!

When- We discovered in 10 years that Flow and Flair is best for our clients first thing in the morning after breakfast, or right before lunch and even evenings before bedtime!

Why- The consistent feedback from all facility directors is that participants are challenged, feel invigorated and work through some pretty tough mind and body issues.
